In addition, accommodation for 20 participants residing outside of Copenhagen in a central hotel for the night of 4 April 2019 (twin bedrooms to be shared) will be provided. Please indicate in your email whether you would like to apply for accommodation.

Please kindly note in this regard that we may not be able to accommodate all requests to deliver opening statements, but that other active roles, such as preparing and drafting the opening statements script, will be available.

All participants are expected to bear their costs of transportation to, from and within Copenhagen, as well as incidental expenses. They are further responsible for any necessary visa arrangements.
