Young ICCA Skills Training Workshop on Oral Advocacy in International Arbitration

We are pleased to invite you to attend a Young ICCA Skills Training Workshop taking place in Yerevan, Armenia on 4 September 2019, from 9:00 am to 12:15pm. Directly following the workshop, there will be a conference on “Investment Disputes and Armenia” held in Manoogian Hall of American University of Armenia. The topic of the Young ICCA workshop is “Oral Advocacy in International Arbitration”. It will start with a panel session composed of experienced arbitration practitioners addressing oral advocacy in international arbitration, particularly oral submissions. A second panel session will follow, ending with a cross-examination demonstration session, during which the faculty members will put their cross-examination skills to the test.

The workshop is kindly hosted and co-organized by the LL.M. Program of the American University of Armenia, located at 40 Marshall Baghramyan Avenue, Yerevan, and will be sponsored by the LL.M. Program of the American University of Armenia.

Application and registration: There are 40 spots available and 20 of them are reserved for Young ICCA members. Participants will generally be confirmed on a first come first served basis.
