Young ICCA – Tsinghua University Skills Training Workshop

Evidence in Commercial and Investment Arbitration

We are pleased to invite you to attend an exciting Young ICCA skills training workshop taking place from 9am to 5 pm on Saturday 20 October 2018 at Moot Court, Kaiyuan Building, Tsinghua University School of Law, Beijing.

The topic of the workshop is “Evidence-Taking in International Arbitration”, the workshop will be conducted in English, and sponsors for this event will be soon announced. 

To introduce and facilitate understanding of the use of evidence in both international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), the “Belt and Road” Research Centre of the Supreme People's Court (SPC) and Tsinghua University School of Law with its International Arbitration and Dispute Settlement (IADS) Program will co-organize a one-day workshop on this topic at Tsinghua University School of Law.
