Young ICCA Skills Training Workshop on Witnesses and Experts in International Arbitration

We are pleased to invite you to attend a Skills Training Workshop organized by YKVN and supported by Young ICCA and VIAC which will take place on 22 November 2019 in Hanoi, from 2pm to 7pm.

The topic of the workshop is “Working with Witnesses & Experts in International Arbitration”. The workshop will consist of two interactive sessions addressing respectively the role and importance of factual witnesses and expert witnesses in international arbitration and their implication during the hearing.

Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, a coffee-break will be provided between the two sessions and the workshop will be followed by a cocktail reception to provide a networking opportunity to the participants and the faculty in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Skills Training Workshop will follow a workshop on “risk management and international mediation in the trade war period” organized by the Vietnam Mediation Center (VMC) and the International Dispute Resolution & Risk Management Institute (IDRRMI) in collaboration with the Vietnam Business Lawyers Club (VBLC) on 21 November 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City. Young ICCA members are encouraged to attend this highly practical workshop by registering here.
