Young ICCA-WIPO Seminar
on IP Arbitration

On behalf of Young ICCA and of the WIPO Mediation and Arbitration Center, we are pleased to invite you to attend a Seminar on IP Arbitration in Geneva on 30 January 2019 from 1:30 pm to 7 pm. The workshop will take place at the headquarters building of WIPO (Chemin des Colombettes 34, 1211 Geneva, Switzerland).

The Young ICCA Seminar is supported by the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and will precede the 3rd SCAI Innovation Conference on 31 January 2019 and the ASA Annual Conference on 1 February 2019.

The faculty, which will discuss arbitration of IP-related disputes around three selected topics spanning several industries, is composed as follows:

There are 40 spots available and participants will generally be confirmed on a first come first served basis. Thanks to the generous support of the WIPO Mediation and Arbitration Center, the Seminar will be followed by networking drinks.

Further, ICCA offers accommodation to 20 Young ICCA members residing outside of Geneva in a central hotel for the night of 30 January 2019 (twin and triple bedrooms to be shared).
