This list contains over 35 years of judicial decisions on arbitration conventions as reported in the Yearbook Commercial Arbitration since Vol I (1976) to Vol XXXVII (2012).

It is particularly useful for people seeking an overview of the national environment for recognition and enforcement of arbitration agreements and awards pursuant to the various recognition and enforcement conventions.

The list is broken down into five sections:

• Part V-A containing decisions applying the New York Convention of 1958;
• Part V-B containing decisions applying the European Convention of 1961;
• Part V-C containing decisions applying the Washington (ICSID) Convention of 1965;
• Part V-D containing decisions applying the Panama Convention of 1975; and
• Part V-E containing decisions which have been identified as important to the practice of arbitration.

It does not purport to be a comprehensive representation of all national court decisions on the relevant convention.

Scroll through to the relevant country you wish to research. By clicking on this country you will be directed to a list of decisions of that country's superior courts concerning the relevant convention.
