Published under the leadership of General Editor, Jan Paulsson, and with the assistance of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the Handbook contains an authoritative report prepared by leading arbitrators, academics and practitioners on national arbitral practice and the relevant national legislation (in English). 

Since its first conference in 1961, the ICCA Conference has established itself as a place for the discussion of emerging ideas, the fundamentals and the contentious topics in international arbitration. In 1982 ICCA Publications began presenting the conference papers from this two-yearly conference in the Congress Series.
