Mr. Sheng Chang is the Former Vice Chairman and Former Secretary General, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC); Former Vice Chairman, China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC); Member, London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA); and Professor of Law, University of International Economics and Business, Beijing. As arbitrator, he has handled more than 200 CIETAC international arbitration cases and is an arbitrator for several international arbitration centers.
He is author of many works on arbitration, including "International Arbitration in the People's Republic of China"; "Resolving Disputes in the PRC"; and "Theory and Practice of Combining Arbitration with Conciliation".
