Areas of practice: arbitration, international business transactions, investments, mergers and acquisitions, petroleum agreements, State contracts. Former Vice-President of ICC International Court of Arbitration and currently Vice-President of the Associazione Italiana dell’Arbitrato, member of Consiglio Arbitrale of Arbitration Chambers of Milan and Rome; listed in ICSID panel of conciliators and arbitrators.

Involved as arbitrator in many ad hoc and institutional proceedings relating to various sectors of activities, including investment disputes under the ICSID Convention and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
