Jan Paulsson is head of the International Arbitration and Public International Law group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and President of the London Court of International Arbitration and the World Bank Administrative Tribunal.
He is a co- author of the standard treatise, "International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration", a Yorke Distinguished Visiting Fellow of the Faculty of Law of the University of Cambridge, and holds degrees from Harvard University, Yale University, and the University of Paris.
Professor Jan Paulsson holds the Michael Klein Distinguished Scholar Chair at the University of Miami School of Law. He is also the Faculty Chair of the Specialization in International Arbitration and will head the newly-established institute for international arbitration
