General bio

Jan is head of the International Arbitration and Public International Law groups of the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and President of the London Court of International Arbitration and the World Bank Administrative Tribunal.  

He is a co- author of the standard treatise, "International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration", a Yorke Distinguished Visiting Fellow of the Faculty of Law of the University of Cambridge, and holds degrees from Harvard University, Yale University, and the University of Paris.
