What to expect from the ICCA-ASIL-ICSID Seminar on Damages next week

The subject of damages in international arbitration poses critical questions. During the ICCA-ASIL-ICSID Seminar on Damages on Tuesday, 11 April, the ICCA-ASIL Task Force will address the subject head-on, providing participants with a better perspective by illustrating the life of a damages case, sharing the Task Force's steps to developing a damages tool of practical application and offering participants the opportunity to contribute their ideas and feedback.

Highlights of the programme include remarks by ICCA President Donald Donovan and ICCA Vice-president and ICSID Secretary-general Meg Kinnear. Participants can also expect to engage with Task Force Co-chairs Catherine Amirfar and Gabrielle Nater-Bass, as well as Task Force members: Olufunke Adekoya (Nigeria), Sarah Grimmer (Hong Kong), Hilary Heilbron (England), Mark Kantor (US), M.
