ICCA would like to thank the 882 people who attended the 2016 ICCA Congress in Mauritius. You made the first ICCA Congress to be held in Africa a phenomenal success.

Themed, “International Arbitration and the Rule of Law”, the Congress stimulated discussion and debate, tackling some of the most pressing issues in arbitration today. For those who were unable to attend and those interested in experiencing the sessions and papers once again, please keep an eye on this site as we look forward to bringing you footage and images in the coming weeks.

It is with sadness and gratitude that we reflect on the passing of ICCA Advisory Board Member Carlos Nehring who passed away on 26 March 2024 at the age of 89.

Rapporteurs will monitor and regularly report on court decisions within the relevant jurisdiction.
