Prof. Jan Paulsson

General bio

Professor Jan Paulsson holds the Michael Klein Distinguished Scholar Chair at the University of Miami School of Law; he is also Centennial Professor of Law, London School of Economics; Judge and Past President, World Bank Administrative Tribunal; President, Administrative Tribunal, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; Past President, London Court of International Arbitration; and General Editor, ICCA Handbook.

He is a co- author of the standard treatise, "International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration", a Yorke Distinguished Visiting Fellow of the Faculty of Law of the University of Cambridge, and holds degrees from Harvard University, Yale University, and the University of Paris.
