Mr. Eduardo J. Zuleta

General Bio

Mr. Zuleta is the Past Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee and currently serves as the Vice-Chair for the Institute Transnational Arbitration (ITA). He is a Member of the Court of LCIA and a Member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators. Mr Zuleta serves as Chair for the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB) and is a Member of the ICC Institute of World Business Law and the ICC Latin American Arbitration Group.

Eduardo is now at Zuleta Abogados Asociados S.A.S., a new organization that specializes in international law, local and international dispute resolution, oil & gas, infrastructure, energy and human rights. .  JD from Universidad del Rosario, Bogota, Colombia, with a master degree on financial law. LLM and specialization in International Dispute Resolution University of London, Queen Mary.

Member of the IBA Group that drafted the Guidelines on Party Representation in International Arbitration; member of the IBA Group reviewing the Guidelines on Conflict of Interest in International Arbitration; member of the task force that reviewed the ICC Arbitration Rules; member of the drafting group of the Colombian international arbitration statute.
