Dear Young ICCA Members,

There are still a few spots available for the arbitration skills training workshop that will take place in the afternoon of 10 October 2015 in Tbilisi, Georgia. The workshop is hosted by Young ICCA within the “GIAC Arbitration Days in Tbilisi” organized by the Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC), with the kind support of the GIAC and the Embassy of the Netherlands in Georgia.
The topic of the Tbilisi workshop is “Making the most of the hearing”. The faculty includes: Professor Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler (Professor, Geneva University), Professor Pierre Tercier (Emeritus Professor, Fribourg University), Ms. Mariam Gotsiridze (Georgian Ministry of Justice), Mr. Beka Injia (GIAC), Ms. Eva Kalnina (Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler), Mr. David Khachvani (Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler), Ms. Maria Kostytska (Winston & Strawn LLP) and Ms. Olga Troshchenovych (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP). The detailed programme of the workshop is available below.

Young ICCA has arranged for the accommodation of participants traveling to Tbilisi from abroad for the nights of 9 and 10 October 2015. This accommodation will be provided thanks to the generous support of the Embassy of the Netherlands, and will require the sharing of rooms. Thanks to the GIAC, participants will be able to attend all other conferences and events of the GIAC Arbitration Days, except for the Gala Dinner of 9 October 2015. The programme of the GIAC Arbitration Days is available at the following address: https://giacarbitrationdays.ge/page/2015.

Each participant is required to arrange for its own transportation to and from Tbilisi and within the city itself, including incidental expenses. Participants are also responsible for meeting any immigration particulars and visa requirements necessary to attend the event.

Participants will be selected from those who respond first. Please direct your registrations with a current CV to both Ms. Nhu-Hoang Tran Thang (nhuhoangtranthang@tercier.net) and Mr. David Edilashvili (d.edilashvili@giac.ge) and include in the subject line "YICCA GIAC".

There is a limited number of spots reserved for Young ICCA members. So RSVP soon and we look forward to seeing you in Tbilisi!

With best wishes,
Young ICCA
