full-tuition scholarship available to be awarded to a top Young ICCA member to attend Miami’s one-year postgraduate LLM program in international arbitration.
In this
top LLM specialization in International Arbitration in the world, students will:
- Study with a small, select group of admitted students from around the world.

The application is open to law graduates from any jurisdiction who are Members of Young ICCA and who meet the academic and other criteria required by the University of Miami. The LLM may be taken up in the 2012-2013 or the 2013-2014 academic year.
Candidates will be required to write an essay (of 7,500 words/15 pages maximum) on one of the following topics:
- “The Past, Present and Future of International Arbitration and Adjudication”
- “Recent developments in ICSID arbitration – time to think about alternatives?”
- “How Do We Design for Legitimacy?”
- “Arbitrariness – Were the Swiss Wrong to Think They Were Wrong?
All essays are eligible for publication on the Young ICCA blog and/or Articles page and must be accompanied by a 500-word summary.
